The rents of the furnished flats include all the utilities and heating but not personal electricity consumption :
- 2 rooms-flat with kitchen and bathroom : up 750 €
- 3 rooms-flat with kitchen and bathroom : Up 890 €
- These prices require a minimum term of 12 months.
- Discount for longer periods.
- It is possible to negotiate shorter contracts.
